1. Eat less
2. Don't eat after 8pm - you're not going to sleep as well
3. Don't eat white food - cut down on sugar, bread, pasta
4. Drink more water
5. Daily movement - exercise
6. Replace sugar with e.g. muesli, cereal, fruits etc.
